Refund policy

Here at BƆTA we want to ensure that you’re happy with your purchase. If there are any issues please get in contact with us, we’ll be happy to assist you.

We have a 14 days return policy. You’re able to return the item(s) 14 days after you receive it for a full refund. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to grant you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, as well as your order number and address. Please send this information to info@ourbota.com.

When returning your item(s), You will be responsible for the postage fee. We recommend to ensure the product is safely packed and to use tracked delivery. We will not be responsible for the loss or damage of the item(s) that you return. Any posting fee paid when purchasing an item(s) is non - refundable , as all postal services do not make refunds for used services. 

Please note:

Items not accepted for returns are: promotional items and custom products (such as products personalised, made to order in colour and fragrance of your choice).

Damaged or defective item(s)

Once you receive an order, please inspect your item(s) carefully and contact us if the item(s) is defective or damaged. You will need to send proof of the damaged/ defective item(s) to evaluate the issue and  send a replacement. 

Please take time to read the item’s description before purchasing, as some have unique features that are not considered a fault. 

Refunds process

As soon as we’ve received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed through your original method of payment. Please wait 3-5 business days for your account to be credited.

Exchanges

We currently do not accept exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item and make a new purchase for the desired item.
